Registration for the 2012-2013 school year begins Monday, March 19th for residents of both Lee County school zones. The registration process will begin at 8:00 am and continue until noon at the Lee County Recreation Department Gym located directly in front of the Pre-K campus at 110 Starksville Avenue, N. in Leesburg. Enrollment is first come, first served based on receipt of all required documents. A waiting list is started when all available slots have been assigned to fill vacancies in the event families have changes in plans or must relocate.

In order to be enrolled, children must be four years of age on September 1, 2012 and reside in Lee County. Documents required for registration include: 1) certified birth certificate, 2) social security card, 3) driver’s license of the parent/guardian enrolling child, 4) proof of residency - mortgage/lease agreement and current power bill, 5) ear, eye and dental examination form 3300, 6) immunization certificate form 3231, and 7) custody or guardianship papers if applicable.

In an effort to streamline the registration process on March 19th, we ask that you complete this pre-registration questionnaire. Please note that this does not save your spot in line, but should reduce the length of time required to register your child.
