School Volunteers Background Check

Per school system policy, all school volunteers are required to complete a background check. Please print and fill out this form,  provide a copy of your driver's license, and return the items to our school.  We will take care of the rest.  Information about volunteering for the book fair will be coming home soon.  Thank you for your support!

Attention Parents: Online Registration

Our system is going to an online registration and student verification system this school year. We will be collecting the majority of paperwork through our Parent Portal. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, please click here to set one up as soon as possible.
If you have a parent portal account and you know your user name and password, you can go online and complete the verification process. Start by clicking On Line Verification (bottom left corner). You will have to provide your current electric bill (July or August) as your proof of residency again this year.  You will need to have that document available for uploading before beginning the online verification process.

Looking forward to a great 2017-18 school year!

2017-2018 Needs Assessment Survey of Homeless Children and Youth in Lee County
As participants involved in this assessment process, you will become aware that there are issues that create barriers for homeless children and youth in our school environment.   The Homeless Liaison will compile the results from this survey and make every effort to address the identified needs when working with homeless children and youth.  Policies and procedures addressing these identified needs will be put into practice which will then will be followed as instructed by the laws of the McKinney- Vento Homeless Education Act.  The most frequently occurring needs that appear on the surveys should support what Lee County Schools already recognizes as barriers for low school success.  Thank you for your input.  Please click here to access the survey.
