Mr. Richard Collins

About Mr. Collins:
A native of Tifton, Georgia, Mr. Collins comes to us with eight years of experience in high school and middle school instrumental programs. He and his wife, Tanya, have been married twenty-six years and have two children, McKenzie and Leigha. He is a 2015 graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Ministries with a Master of Arts in Worship Ministries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Georgia Southwestern State University. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Music at LCES:
Lee County Elementary School offers a well rounded music education for all students. Students learn music through singing, reading, improvising, composing, listening, evaluating, moving, and performing on percussion instruments and recorders.
