My name is Kelley Brim Hollowell, and I am the School Counselor at TLC. I graduated from UGA with my B.S.Ed. in Middle Grades Education where I was a Science teacher in the Atlanta area for 3 years. While there, I obtained my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Georgia State University, and I completed my Specialist degree from University of Alabama in 1996. I have one daughter, Ava, and I enjoy traveling, soldering, riding my horses, and spending time with my daughter and two English Bulldogs.

At TLC, whether as an Academic Advisor or through career exploration activities, I am there to help and encourage students reach and discover their greatest potential, so they can achieve overall success and work towards graduation. I am involved with many things at TLC such as 504 Planning, Night School, MTSS, PBIS, High School Registration, Classroom and Individual Counseling, and I serve as the School Testing Coordinator for End of Grade and End of Course tests that occur throughout the year. Along with working with each student on their graduation plan, I monitor students who might need extra help or encouragement as they navigate through their coursework during the year. My greatest joy is helping students see their potential and learn skills that will help them succeed when they transition back to the regular school setting or into adulthood after graduation.

I look forward to working with your students at TLC!
