The Lee County Health Department will be onsite at our schools for School Based Flu Clinics in October. Any student in grades K-12 are eligible to receive the flu vaccine if parents/guardians complete and return the consent form by Monday September 28th, 2026.

There are physical copies of the consent form available at the front office/nurse's office for pick up, or you can print your form to complete and return to your child's school. If you need information provided in a language other than English, please contact your school's nurse.

• Wednesday October 21st: 9th Grade / Lee County High School
